Meet Your Coach
about
Celine
Strategist and operator turned CEO & executive team coach.
I bring a unique combination of real business experience and "squishy" emotional intelligence know-how. My specialty is making the soft skills practical.
Who I Work With
I work with growth-stage CEOs and executive teams—typically funded companies scaling past 50 people, moving from founder-led to team-led.
I've spent hundreds of hours coaching CEOs of unicorn and public companies, their leadership teams, investors, and board members across the globe.
What I’ve Seen
Across hundreds of leadership conversations, I've seen the same patterns: brilliant people working hard but not quite together. Executive teams drifting as the company scales. Decisions taking longer. Conversations getting repeated. Trust feeling fragile.
The problems aren't always visible. They sit in unclear roles, unspoken expectations, avoided conversations, and decision rights no one can name. I help leaders see the system beneath the friction so they know where to intervene.
Why CEOs Trust Me
Pattern Recognition
I've been in the room with enough executive teams to know what drift looks like before it becomes a crisis.
Relational Intelligence
I bring real business experience and emotional intelligence know-how. My specialty is making the soft skills practical.
Clarity
I don't use coach jargon or consultant buzzwords. I speak plainly about what's working and what's not.

Why I Coach
Working as a strategy consultant with senior executives taught me that the key to performance and execution is people. It's always about culture, leadership, and teams.
The hard skills get you into leadership, but the soft skills are what make you great. Leaders tell me they know empathy, influence, and connection are important, but it's hard to actually do them in practice.
Leaders have the ability to influence the performance, well-being, and happiness of their people. Coaching leaders is my way of having impact on a lot of people.
